The direct impact of drug use includes disorders of the brain, heart, bones, blood vessels, nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system and body metabolism. Other impacts include depression, severe mental / psychotic disorders, suicide, agitation, verbal abuse, criminal acts, difficulty controlling balance and awareness and tend to be temperamental.
On Monday (10/12) a Talkshow “Family-Based Drug Harm Reduction Strategy” was held by the Semarang City Social Service. The speakers in the talkshow were Yvonne Sibuea (Pioneer of Change Institute), Ruben Marvin (Adiction Counselor) and Patriawati Narendra, SKM (Master of Epidemiology Student and Head of Socialization & Education DPD Anti Mandate Movement of Central Java).
