Diponegoro University (UNDIP) Master of Epidemiology Study Program held an audience for cooperation and supervision of internship students with the Banyumas Regency Health Office on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
Master of Epidemiology UNDIP and Banyumas Regency Health Office agreed to deepen cooperation and facilitate internship students from the UNDIP Master of Epidemiology Study Program. Student interns are expected to make a significant contribution to public health efforts carried out by the Banyumas Health Office.
Dr. drh. Dwi Sutiningsih, M.Kes as Head of the Epidemiology Master Program at Diponegoro University said, “This collaboration is an important bridge between the world of education and field practice. Through this internship, students will not only gain valuable experience, but also make a real contribution in strengthening disease prevention and control efforts in the community.”
In addition, this hearing was also an opportunity for the Banyumas Regency Health Office to provide direct supervision to internship students. This is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the real situation in the field and ensure that students can be optimally involved in the internship program.
The collaboration between the Diponegoro University Master of Epidemiology Study Program and the Banyumas Regency Health Office is expected to open up opportunities for students to develop practical skills, gain deep insight into the field of epidemiology, and help implement more effective health programs in the community.
