The Institute for Self-Accreditation of Higher Education in Health (LAMPTKes) held Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activities in the context of accreditation of the Diponegoro University (Undip) Master of Epidemiology Study Program. Monev was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on May 4, 2023 with assessor Defriman Djafri, S.KM., M.KM., Ph.D.
Master of Epidemiology Accreditation Monev activities are held with the aim of evaluating the quality and performance of study programs in achieving established accreditation standards. In this M&E activity, seven accreditation standards are the main focus of the evaluation. These standards include:
- Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives, as well as Achievement Strategies
- Governance, Governance, and Cooperation
- Students
- Human Resources
- Finance, Facilities, and Infrastructure
- Education
- Research
Defriman Djafri, an assessor from LAMPTKes who was involved in this Monev activity, gave an objective assessment and provided constructive recommendations. In the evaluation session, he expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Undip Master of Epidemiology Study Program in running a quality study program.
After the Monev process is complete, the assessor team will compile a report which is the basis for assessing the accreditation of the Master of Epidemiology study program. The accreditation results will be a reference for the Undip Epidemiology Master Study Program to continue to improve the quality of education and develop a better study program.
With this Monev Accreditation activity, it is hoped that the Master of Epidemiology study program can meet the established accreditation standards and create quality graduates who are able to compete in the world of public health.
