Implementation of Internal and Eksternal Audit ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015; dan OHSAS 18001:2007

In the process of implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System (QMS), the ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System (SML) and the OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at the Undip Postgraduate School, a series of audits have been carried out both internal or external. The internal audit for the Epidemiology Masters Study Program was carried out on Thursday (13/12) with the auditors being the Postgraduate School Quality Assurance Team (TPMSPs) consisting of Prof. Dr. Ir. Aziz Nur Bambang, MS, Dr. Sunarsih and Dr. Jafron. Also attending the internal audit were the managers of the Epidemiology Masters along with representatives from home based lecturers namely Dr.drh.Dwi Sutiningsih, M.Kes and the Head of the Sub Division of Academic & Student Affairs at the Undip Postgraduate School, namely Soemargito, S.S. Matters that were discussed in the audit included learning activities along with the completeness of supporting documents such as attendance lists for both lecturers and students, GBPP SAP, and quality assurance documents.

Furthermore, the auditor for the implementation of the external audit is a representative from the European Quality Assurance (EQA) Indonesia, namely Bpk. Arif Laksono. On the first day, Wednesday (19/12) a field assessment was carried out regarding the implementation of SMK3 safety in the Undip Postgraduate School environment which included the availability of APAR, conditions of evacuation routes, parking lots and others. On the second day, Thursday (20/12) the assessment process in the Epidemiology Masters Study Program was attended by the Head and Secretary of the Study Program, namely dr. M. Sakundarno Adi, MSc, PhD and Dr. dr. Congratulations Budijitno Msi.Med.Sp.B (K) Onk and representatives of home based lecturers, namely Dr. drh. Dwi Sutiningsih, M.Kes. Matters under discussion include the availability and completeness of the Procedure Manual, assessment documents from graduate users, the thesis preparation process, learning evaluation and others.
